2. Shipping us Your Products
We will ask you to send us your product to our headquarter. We kindly ask you to pack your best-looking pieces, so we can focus more on shooting them and less on retouching.
1. Ordering and Briefing
Contact us for a personalized offer or choose one of our several packages that suit your business the best. We also offer monthly recurring plans. We will be clarifying all the details we need to know to give you the best results.
3. Shooting
Every product is different, so is the light setup and the composition. We are working in a well-equipped studio with professional light gear and high-resolution cameras both for video and photo. We shoot the materials according to our pre-agreed brief and mood board.
4. Post Production
We color correct and retouch each photos selected. Also, edit and color grade, and add music to the videos we've shot for you.
5. Review
Now it's time to review the content we've created. Please get back to us in 72 hours.
6. High-Res Delivery
If the materials are approved and the final payment is confirmed, we will give you a link to the high-resolution images and videos without a watermark.
7. Shipping Products Back
In the end, we will ship back your product. The client supports the shipping costs.
Terms
If your product is a prototype or presents some manufacturing imperfections, additional cost might occur at retouch.
The full payment must be made before high-resolution content delivery on any shootings. Partial advance payment must be processed before the shooting on lifestyle shootings and on larger orders.
If you are not satisfied with the results at the review stage, we refund you. Money-back can only be requested before getting the non-watermarked high-resolution images or final video.
